We have been using a wonderful local baker for years! This talented pastry chef uses only the freshest ingredients and delicious ripe local fruits for his decadent creations. Best of all, he has perfected the science of making a butter cream frosting or fondant capping that holds up flawlessly in the warm and humid climate of tropical Puerto Vallarta! No wilting, melting or sliding tiers... only Wedding Cake perfection, time and time again!!
If you send us photos of cakes that you love and ideas of what you want your cake to be, the chef will be able to design and create it as in the photo!!
